Position Title: Business Development Officer (Transcript Dove – EdNova Group)
Location: Monrovia, Liberia
Reports To: Country Manager, Transcript Dove Liberia
Contract Type/Duration: Full-time 

Position Summary

The Business Development Officer (BDO) will serve as the growth engine of Transcript Dove Liberia. This position requires a highly motivated professional capable of driving adoption of the platform across Liberia’s education ecosystem. The BDO will focus on building strong institutional relationships with universities, colleges, technical institutions, and donor organizations while ensuring alignment with EdNova Group’s overall strategy for education technology expansion.

The role demands a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset—someone who can identify opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close partnerships. Beyond securing partnerships, the BDO will also conduct market research, track sector trends, and provide strategic recommendations for positioning Transcript Dove in Liberia’s competitive education technology space.

By ensuring continuous adoption and institutional buy-in, the Business Development Officer will directly contribute to Transcript Dove’s growth and financial sustainability, while also advancing EdNova Group’s reputation as the leading provider of education technology solutions in Liberia and beyond.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure partnerships with universities, colleges, and institutions.
  • Engage with the Ministry of Education to support policy integration.
  • Develop business proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide growth strategies.
  • Represent Transcript Dove/EdNova Group at events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Support donor engagement and resource mobilization.

Qualifications & Experience
