Position Title: Country Manager, Transcript Dove Liberia(EdNova Group Subsidiary)
Location: Monrovia, Liberia
Reports To: CEO, EdNova Group
Contract Type/Duration: Full-time, renewable based on performance

Position Summary

The Country Manager is the chief executive representative of EdNova Group in Liberia and the operational head of Transcript Dove Liberia. This position requires a dynamic leader with the ability to manage people, processes, and politics. The Country Manager will oversee all facets of local operations including strategic planning, staff supervision, institutional partnerships, financial accountability, and government relations.

This role is especially critical because of Transcript Dove’s unique position at the intersection of education, governance, and technology. The Country Manager will be the public face of the company in Liberia, engaging directly with the Ministry of Education, universities, technical institutions, and international partners. They will ensure that Transcript Dove becomes the preferred platform for transcript processing, while aligning all operations with EdNova Group’s larger mission of digital transformation and secure education systems.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and strong communicator with proven experience in leadership, institutional engagement, and organizational management. They must demonstrate the ability to manage a professional team, oversee budgets, enforce compliance, and represent EdNova Group with credibility and authority.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight of Transcript Dove Liberia operations.
  • Represent EdNova Group in government, donor, and institutional discussions.
  • Develop and implement strategic work plans and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with Liberian laws and EdNova governance standards.
  • Supervise staff, provide mentorship, and build team capacity.
  • Oversee financial accountability, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Develop partnerships with universities, schools, and ministries.
  • Ensure Transcript Dove adoption and expansion nationwide.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3-5 years of senior leadership/management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Liberia’s education and governance structures.
  • Proven experience in institutional partnerships and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
