Position Title: Customer Support Representative (CSR)
Location: Monrovia, Liberia
Reports To: Admin/Finance Officer / Country Manager
Contract Type/Duration: Full-time 

Position Summary

Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) are the frontline ambassadors of Transcript Dove Liberia. They are the first point of contact for students, institutions, and other stakeholders, making them central to building trust and ensuring an excellent user experience.

CSRs will manage inquiries, guide users through the platform, resolve complaints, and escalate technical issues when necessary. More than simply answering questions, CSRs will educate and empower users, helping them understand the benefits of Transcript Dove while maintaining a professional and supportive tone. They will also collect and report feedback to management, contributing to continuous service improvement.

Because Transcript Dove’s reputation will depend heavily on user satisfaction, this role demands candidates who are empathetic, patient, and excellent communicators. By ensuring that every student or institution has a smooth experience, CSRs will directly reinforce EdNova Group’s broader mission of building confidence and trust in digital services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to students and institutions.
  • Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Guide users through registration and payment.
  • Log issues and escalate unresolved cases.
  • Maintain records of interactions and feedback.
  • Support awareness campaigns and user training.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and digital tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
