Transcript Dove Liberia. This role is responsible for ensuring the platform\u2019s smooth operation, security, and adaptability to the Liberian context. The officer will serve as the bridge between EdNova Group\u2019s global technical team and the local users in Liberia, providing IT support, system monitoring, and technical training.<\/p><p>In practice, this means troubleshooting platform issues, liaising with HQ developers, managing data integrity, and ensuring that all technical operations comply with EdNova Group\u2019s cybersecurity and governance standards. The Technical Officer will also support institutional onboarding, providing training and technical integration for universities and schools adopting the platform.<\/p><p>This position is critical to ensuring user confidence and system reliability. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT system support, cybersecurity awareness, and cloud-hosting solutions.
